Large double room in St Werbs £550 pcm including all bills. 6 week sublet 27/1 to 9/3.

I’m subletting my large double room in St Werburghs (Bristol). I'll be away from the 27th Jan, returning 10th March. I want to sublet for the full 6 weeks (pro rata).
Rent is £550 pcm so it’s £825 in total for the 6 week let. I will be covering all the bills. It’s a 2 bed house and you’d be sharing with one other person, Nima, and one cat, Wilf.

The house is a real beauty, right in the heart of St Werburghs, overlooking a park. I think the pics speak for themselves.

We’re looking for someone who likes to keep a tidy home, enjoys using the fantastic kitchen, doesn’t have loads of stuff (the house is pretty full up storage wise), and wants a home that’s a peaceful space to relax.

There is a desk in the room if you wanted to work from home. King size bed with great mattress and topper.

Hi there, I’m Nima. I’m working as a bus driver most evenings and so mostly about in the early part of the day. I like to relax in the mornings and enjoy cooking, music, conversation and reading.

It’s only for a month ish so age, sex, species etc isn’t important as a criteria, but I’m looking to share with someone who is calm, kind, considerate and good humoured.

I enjoy good company and someone who can remember to clean up after themselves, who doesn't drink every night, and does most of their socialising outside so we can enjoy home as a sanctuary.
