Looking for somebody to share a bright and spacious room (4m x 6m) in Newington close to Summerhall. Rent is £325/month all included per person (WiFi, electricity).
Ideal for:
• Counselling, psychotherapy or coaching
• Small creative businesses or startups
• Graphic designers, consultants, or solo practitioners
The room is available from May 1st and you will be sharing it with me (piano teacher).
For now, Mondays are completely free as well as weekdays 8:00-14:00 and most weekends would be free too. But we can discuss how to split the room between us. Just let me know the days and times you would need it for! Please get in touch and let’s have a chat!
I am the main tenant and would be subletting the room.
