Description
Hello :) I am searching for a POSTGRADUATE UoE student to take over my room in O'Shea North (Tyne House). All bills included. Note, you have to be a postgraduate student the moment you take over the room. Not applicable for students who are already in any University of Edinburgh Accommodation. My tenancy ends on the 28th of August 2026.
This room is part of a flat with its own bathroom and a shared kitchen/common area shared with 5 other people, and it is accessible. The strongest feature of my room is the peaceful garden view and the big window.
O'shea North offers 3 music rooms (bookable and in perfect condition), a big common room and a TV room in the main building, laundry space, bike storage, etc. I have been living here for almost 1,5 years and have built some valuable friendships. My roommates in the flat are very friendly and clean. I just happened to find a roommate to move into with.
The room is available from mid-December or early January. So even if you start your studies in January, that would work perfectly! Don't hesitate to send me a message or even drop by to see the room. If you want the room earlier, give me a call, and maybe we can work it out.
Check the FlatShare website of UoE if you want to contact me immediately.
