 Clean bright property with large bright sunny room overlooking the garden. The property is spacious and has lots of light and high ceilings.

I have a large double room available, £375 per month, excluding bills. I can agree on a fixed price. The general usage is very low.

I can be flexible with the moving date. If you are looking in advance for then please let me know.

This is a well maintained, very quiet, very clean, bright, property. I am looking for someone that works full-time/ professional, and someone like minded, who is fully house trained, considerate and respectful.

There is also a nice little garden..

You can easily walk into town and the train station is less then ten minutes away. It is also is a good location for anyone working for Rolls Royce/ Bombardier, and close to Pride park.

Property is available to non smoking (No outside smokers), single professionals only. Please note this is a very clean tidy house so I am looking for someone who appreciates this and is tidy and a considerate individual, who is happy to do their share, and equally respectful of others.

The house is double glazed, central heating and nice outside space..

Parking: This is not a problem as you can easily park outside at no cost, and a permit is not required.
