Description
As the title suggests, I am moving to Coleraine in 3 weeks for a new job from England. I was supposed to let out a 1 bed flat in the town centre for £595 pcm but have been let down by the estate agent with them not responding. I am seeking either a studio or a one bed in Coleraine area preferably within walking distance to Riverside Retail Park as thats where I will be working. I have multiple years renting under my belt, I am 23 years old and in full time employment. If anyone has any leads or knows of someone renting or looking to rent out a place to a respectable tenant, please reach out. It will be myself moving in with my partner staying over 1-2 times a week. Ideally no more than £600 pcm
