So i am a 45 yo female looking for a clean, self-contained studio or a 1 bed flat to rent. I am currently receiving UC and PIP and am seeking a landlord who accepts DSS/benefit tenants, as im entitled to the LHA for a 1 bed.
I am a quiet, clean, respectful, reliable non smoker, looking for a safe and comfortable place to call my home.
