I am looking for someone to replace me at the Centro House Stirling Student Accommodation from March 21st, 2026, till the end of the contract—July 10th, 2026 (16 weeks). In case the move-in date could be negotiated.
The studio flat is advertised at a price of 250 GBP per week. The flat could be visited with prearrangement.
As per the contractual obligations, the person who intends to take the flat should be a university student.
Room details:
• The studio flat is furnished with a small double bed, a desk area complete with bookshelves, a chair, and a wardrobe.
• Includes a private bathroom and a well-equipped private kitchen with a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining table, and chairs.
• Access to common facilities such as the lounge and laundry room.
• Conveniently close to the Stirling Railway Station (8 mins walk), Stirling Bus Station (6 mins walk), Thistles Shopping Centre (8 mins walk)
• Vibrant location with nearby amenities including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, bars, pubs, and a variety of restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Indian, Turkish) within a 10-15 mins walk and 3-5 mins cycling.
• Essential utensils and kitchenware (cooking pot, frying pan, knife, etc.) will be provided for the occupant's convenience.
