From start to finish, I have been impressed by Gee's meticulous, thorough and professional skills. In addition to this, he was friendly and supportive, answering all my questions. Given the absolute chaos of broken glass everywhere in the bathroom, he has enabled me to feel safe, given how splinters of glass can be so hazardous. I am also grateful for his crucial perceptions of problems with inadequate sealing of tiling etc and how he effectively rectified these inadequacies.
