Fantastic service from start to finish. I had two jobs completed within the same week: my boiler was relocated, and the valves on my radiators were replaced. They came out promptly to assess the work and provide a quote, then completed both jobs efficiently. I'm very pleased with the quality of the work and would happily recommend them.

Needed an urgent leak investigation, Richard responded very promptly and visited me right away, he explained every really well this is not the first time using his service, last visit fixed a toilet over 6/7yrs and still have not had issue since then so can guarantee the work is topnotch, highly recommended.

I had a an emergency & I was so happy that Richard was able to help. I had people screw me over before but this was top level work and support. Same day call out & very reasonable price - I mean I don’t know anything about this so would’ve paid anything - thank god I found Richard!! Deffo would recommend, will be telling everyone I know and would suggest you stop wasting time searching and give him a call! Thank you, thank you & see you whenever my next emergency happens!

Fantastic service by Richard. So efficient and will always tell you the best solution for your problems. Very reasonable prices and covers all of East London for smaller jobs and nationwide for larger jobs. Wonderful all round!
