How It Works:
This business model is intentionally simple, transparent, and flexible to accommodate client needs. The customer journey typically begins with an introductory consultation—usually in person or virtually—where I spend time getting to know both the dog and their human. Topics covered include:
• Dog’s age, breed, and medical history
• Favourite routes, parks, or preferred environments
• Behavioural tendencies and training cues
• Exercise requirements and energy levels
• Special needs, anxieties, or triggers
• Any additional preferences (toys, treats, play styles, etc.)

Based on this information, I create a bespoke walking plan. Walks can be booked as one-offs or on a regular schedule, with flexible time slots to fit around owners’ work or travel commitments. Each session is adapted to the dog’s mood and energy each day—one day might call for a brisk woodland hike; another, a gentle meander through the neighbourhood.
