Instant Pest Control did an amazing job handling our cockroach problem. The engineer was prompt, professional, and the treatment worked fast. It’s been weeks with no signs of roaches. For 2yrs I was struggling to get rid the cockroaches in the flat I’m renting, mainly the kitchen and wc. I’ve called another company before but after treatment it came back after 2months. So I contacted Instant Pest Control, and Khalid explained to me that the treatment should be the gel treatment and not the spray method. He started to do the first treatment April and a follow up treatment after 3 weeks. The cockroaches slowly getting rid after the first treatment, and after the second treatment and up to now almost end of May, so far flat was cockroach free! I would say yes its effective their treatment, and yes the service was excellent, and yes I would recommend and will call again them if I need to. Their price is okay, which is also same with other company. I wouldn’t say they are expensive as for me, the main important is to get rid the cockroaches quickly as possible. Thank you Khalid for helping me sort this out.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Instant Pest Control Ltd. Initially, I was shocked when they charged me an extra £50 just for living in a central area. Once the technician arrived, another £50 was unexpectedly added, which we never discussed prior. To make matters worse, the day after their visit, I noticed the pest problem was still unresolved. I tried reaching out multiple times, requesting them to return and address the issue, but my calls were ignored. Furthermore, I asked for an invoice at the end of the work, but they never sent it to me, leaving me without any official documentation of the transaction. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs. Their pricing policies are questionable, their customer service is lacking, and their administrative follow-through is poor. Instead, I recommend visiting your local council's website for pest control services. You'll likely save hundreds of pounds without the added frustration.
