Training with Jordan has been amazing. His 121 sessions are well thought out, no one session is the same and he manages to mix boxing with circuits in just the correct measures to give a high intensity workout which leaves you feeling motivated and pumped! You’ll be left feeling totally invigorated, and those happy endorphins will make you feel like you can anchieve anything after every single work out. I would absolutely recommend Jordan, you’d be crazy not to give his boxing sessions a whirl for yourself! Best type of exercise I’ve ever done and beats the monotony of going to a gym any day, superb for your mental health and definitely helps alleviate stress!
