Q is an outstanding personal trainer with exceptional expertise in fitness, health, and overall well-being. He has been instrumental in helping me build strength, improve mobility, and stay consistent with my training. What really sets Q apart is his deep knowledge and personalized approach — every session is tailored to my goals and abilities.
He also trains my 15-year-old daughter, and it’s been incredible to see how much confidence, strength, and discipline she’s gained under his guidance. Q has a fantastic way of motivating and supporting his clients while ensuring they train safely and effectively.
I couldn’t recommend Q more highly — he’s a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients’ progress and success.

I’ve been training with Q for around 5 months now. I am only 15 but he still pushes me and helps me reach my full potential. He is understanding and he gives me freedom to make decisions during my sessions. I definitely recommend him.

I am visiting from India for a short period and my daughter enrolled me with Coach Q for fitness training. Though I have been a regular gym goer for past three years, just 7 sessions with Q have made an enormous difference to my fitness. Not only has he taken my training to a higher level giving me confidence to carry out difficult regimen but also guided me as to what I need to do in future. There were many exercises I was not doing before like deadlifts due to my age but he gradually got me to carry them out and with ease. Today he finally made me do sumo lift with 35 kg! His expertise in sports medicine has helped me understand what my fitness goals should be. I look forward to getting back to his fitness sessions again when I visit UK.

An incredibly long overdue review, but can honestly say coach Q is the best out there! Having trained with Q for a couple of years, not only was he a fantastic trainer who got me in the best shape and helped me achieve what I thought was the impossible, but he was also a brilliant support network and most importantly became a good friend. Coach Q’s commitment to my fitness journey was first class and I have a lot to thank him for. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Working with Q has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness and recovery journey. I came to him needing a tailored plan to rebuild strength after a persistent calf tear from running and to improve general fitness. From day one, he listened carefully, assessed what needed attention, and created a programme that targeted exactly the right areas no generic workouts, just smart and intentional training.
Within three months, I noticed a massive improvement in stability and strength. By month five, I was not only back to running, but also able to take on an intense high-altitude hike through the Himalayas - something I was worried about causing injury again but was not the case!
Q brings deep knowledge, patience, and the kind of motivating energy that pushes you without overwhelming you. He’s got an instinct for when to challenge you and when to scale back and helps build a personal programme to keep to outside of sessions.
Highly recommend him to anyone recovering from injury, building strength, or simply wanting a more intelligent, effective approach to training.
