I met Lucy by fluke but never did I believe she would change my life, I’ve been training with Lucy for 18 months now, I’ve lost close to 100lbs and drastically improved my strength and confidence. she’s been supportive, motivating, pushed me to limits I didn’t think I had and educated me thoroughly. I didn’t think I would ever enjoy any kind of exercise but now I look forward to sessions with Lucy, they’re fun and different each time but more importantly they build on my strength and burn calories. Lucy is by far the best in the fitness sector, she’s reliable, encouraging, knowledgeable and her passion for helping people to get strong and be the best version of themselves really shows in her sessions. She’s one of my biggest supporters with my weight loss and I couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you Lucy for your patience and time, joining Lucys training was the best decision I have ever made and I fully recommend her to everyone wanting to make lifestyle changes.
