Description

I am extremely enthusiastic and passionate about health and fitness. I have been a Personal Trainer for over 5 years, delivering 1-1 PT sessions, as well as classes. 

I like to incorporate a lot of resistance training in my sessions, which has proved to be effective in weight loss, toning, muscle building and gaining strength. I have helped a lot of clients in achieving life long results. 

My approach as a Personal Trainer, Is to place an emphasis on understanding each individual client, and their needs, before formulating a programme that is suitable and effective in achieving their targets. I believe that each person is unique and conventional training/eating methods do not work for everyone. 

You can expect to have a laugh and never-ending conversations, but all while working hard.

I have been incredibly fortunate to work with Kay for the last two months. I began my wellness journey because I was borderline diabetic and both my cholesterol and blood pressure were creeping up. I decided to take control of both my diet and introduce a fitness regime that suited my lifestyle, age and fitness. I have lost 6 kg in two months and I’m still not bored or finished yet. The lessons are fun, varied and full of energy and I recommend Kay to anyone.

I have been working with Kaylan for the last few months and he has been amazing. He takes the time to understand your goals and puts together a plan that is tailored to you. He is great at pushing you outside of your comfort zone and I am already seeing the benefits of this in my strength and overall physique. Would highly recommend working with Kaylan to anyone, no matter what your fitness goals!

Kaylan is the fifth personal trainer that I've had, and by far the best! We've come up with a varied and challenging routine that does not go stale. Every session is a challenge and you leave like you've had a real workout! Kaylan is a friendly guy but also knows when to push you harder. he's always reliable and the packages are good value. I'd def recommend!

1 year ago, I reached out to Kay and started training outdoors, which was great and very convenient for me. We agreed to do three 30min sessions a week, this works well for me as I have a busy work life. I find that I am able to keep a good balance and enjoy training more than ever before.

I lost a bit more than a stone in my first month, and never felt better. Since I started personal training, I’ve been more consistent with my training and Kay has helped me become more disciplined with my diet. If you want to get in shape, Kay is your guy!
