When I enrolled with Jonathan for kettle bell classes I didn't have any knowledge of how to use them. Jonathan manages to teach in an easy to learn manner and always with great humour. After 8 sessions i now know a variety of exercises for various body parts. This has given me great core strength and made me "walk tall

I started training with Jon in January, just after Christmas, feeling pretty bloated and having very little motivation. Since then, I have hardly missed a session – I have found each one challenging and interesting never quite sure what is going to happen each week which has kept my interest up and motivated me to attend. Three months later I feel fitter and stronger and determined to continue to lose weight and be the shape I want to be by the Summer. Although the groups have been small they are very friendly and everyone is accepted for who they are and not judged by their fitness level

Jon started training me over two years ago and I still value his time and knowledge in every session we have. Which is a huge testament. I was a national athlete at the age of 17 have a kept a high level of fitness ever since. His knowledge of both the body and nutrition is the second to none and he always comes with the advice I've needed at the right time. Aside from this, his sessions are never repetitive, they resin all parts of the body and are also great fun. There's nothing like a training session by Jon Nardinochi to set you up for the day!

I have worked with a few personal trainers before and I can say with confidence that I don't tremble at the thought of my next session with Jon because it's always bearable, varied and different; never boring. I can feel the steady progress each time. I know there might be a few tingling muscles afterwards but I still look forward to getting through with the challenge each time.
