I am mental health first aid trained, have a degree in Sport, Fitness and Coaching, as well as a Personal Trainer Level 3 qualification and numerous sports coaching qualifications.
As an academic student with the Open University, I learnt how to be critical in my analysis of data, or testimony, and that's true to how I work with new clients today. No matter what your goals, what life experiences and difficulties you have, I see it as my role to get to analyse your current circumstances and create an achievable and sustainable plan towards improvement.
