Hi I’m Ian, a Harlow based personal trainer - previous to lockdown I had been personal training in London for close to 7 years where i gained plenty of experience working with some of the absolute best in the industry.
My main focus is helping people to change their daily habits in order to get them their desired results.
I love the rewarding feeling of getting people into the best shape of their lives, not only helping them to gain or regain confidence, but a long list of other benefits which include things such as good sleep hygiene, which mainly involves building better patterns & putting set protocols into place as neglecting good sleep has a huge impact on mental & physical wellbeing.
A staple part of my programs is to focus on better movement which enables people to do the things that they enjoy with reduced or zero pain, such as playing sport or being able to keep up & play with their kids plus functioning more efficiently in day to day life, building strength, improving posture, overall health & fitness etc.
I describe my approach as friendly but firm, I like to keep things simple as I feel there is far too much unnecessary confusion in the fitness industry & this will always, hands down bring the best & most sustainable results in regards to losing unwanted weight, becoming fitter stronger & healthier all round.
