Description
Cultivate Conditioning™ - The Studio, is a Small Group Personal Training Facility based in the north of Glasgow, on Possil Road.
The Facility caters for 4 people every hour meaning you are not overlooked during the sessions. Everyone is entitled to effective exercise and should feel seen and heard.
Sessions last approximately 45 minutes and are specific to the individuals needs and wants.
Each session is coach-led meaning the member doesn't have to even think about what to do next.
The Studio bridges the gap between the busy fitness facility that no one likes and the individuals potential.
The Studio was born from seeing the desperation in my mother and partner when it came to exercise. They were overcome with anxiety when considering the gym.
They knew they needed to go but couldn't quite bring themselves due to idea of the busy facility, and so I knew I had to help them by creating an exclusive environment, and so The Studio was born in December 2024.
