I have been helping clients reach their health and fitness goals for past 10 years. From professional footballers down to everyday mum's. I have played semi-profesional football, I ran 10k races and half marathons and I understand the need to stay fit all the time. It has been a privilege to see the progression of my clients. I provide excellent service and always go above and beyond for my client's. So if you want to use your body to get a better body, I am waiting for you on the other side!

I’ve been working with Daniel as my Personal Trainer for 8 years and rate him really highly. I always look forward to our sessions and really enjoy training in the park. Daniel’s workouts are tailored to your fitness levels and the goals you are looking to achieve. Whilst Daniel encourages you to push yourself, the lessons are always fun and varied. I have seen my fitness levels significantly increase and can only recommend Daniel as a PT.
