I work with clients of all ability levels, though typically those who:

1) Find the gym super boring/intimidating
2) Have an injury that they can't seem to shake off
3) Are struggling to find the energy and motivation to train
4) Are experienced but find themselves struggling to systemise their training and achieve more than one of the following:

- Pain-Free Joints
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Agility
- Balance & Coordination
- Density
- Power

There's no reason you can't build all of these attributes simultaneously and it doesn't have to involve spending half your life in the gym.

Using smarter warm-ups, a dynamic mix of weighted/bodyweight exercises and topped off with sport-inspired conditioning, I promise to make our sessions as enjoyable as possible, precisely tailored to your needs and wants.

The gym boasts both in-house nutritionists and physiotherapists, for which all PT clients receive a 20% discount.

I’ve been working with Alex for a few months now and he’s completely transformed the way I think about exercise. Alex not only an excellent trainer but he’s a brilliant educator. He truly cares and makes sure you understand why you’re performing certain exercises/workouts. I’ve been a dedicated gym goer for over a decade and I wish I found Alex sooner. I’m really excited to see how far Alex can push me to overachieve in my goals.

I’ve been working with Alex for about 12 weeks, and I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m already seeing major improvement and relief from an old shoulder injury that had been niggling away at me for years, and the coaching is really helping me build strength in areas where I was struggling. The programming is challenging but always achievable, he’s really knowledgable if you need advice - and the playlist is always eclectic (in a good way!)

Alex is a total dream to work with, 100% recommend. Very knowledgable, intentional and takes time to explain why you’re doing a movement (if you want the detail… if not you can just crack on) I’ve made massive improvements while we’ve been training, not just in lifting heavy things 😈 but also injury prevention and recovery (less fun but important). He’s great at adapting - knows when to push and when to back off. He’s also just a lovely guy!

I really love training with Alex! I am not a gym person [and never will be, if you ask me…], so I was a real beginner. Alex supported me in my training and made it really fun as well! I came in with a range of small injuries spread all over my body and I’ve definitely seen major improvements. Some days I thought it was impossible to train and not only he made it possible, but also the day after I had no pain whatsoever 😭🫶 forever grateful!

Time for an update! Clearly, as I’m still training with him, two and something years in, I still absolutely love training with Alex. Such a variety of workouts and exercises. I’m perfectly challenged, never bored, Alex knows exactly what my limits and capabilities are and guides me through his programme helping me increase my strength and abilities with incremental difficulty safely, listening to what my priorities and concerns are along the way. His knowledge of anatomy, form and function is phenomenal, I’ve recommended him to my husband, (whose really enjoying his 2 x weekly sessions), and any friend that even suggests they are considering a PT, I’m the first to sing Alex’s praises. Even one of my harder to please friends (😜) agrees he’s the best of the best! Gem of a human, precious find 💎
