I’m internationally certified in both Multi-Style Yoga (500 hours) and Yin Yoga, so I can adapt sessions to your needs—whether that’s building strength, improving flexibility, or simply finding calm and relaxation.
My teaching blends mindful movement, breath awareness, and personalised guidance to create a grounding, inclusive yoga experience that supports both physical strength and emotional balance for every student. With over 10 years of teaching experience and over 15 years of personal practice, I am dedicated to tailoring each class to meet your unique needs, always considering any obstacles that might stand in the way. Whether you’re dealing with knee pain, back discomfort, digestive issues, or other concerns, you can still practise yoga—I adapt poses and sessions to work with your body, promoting inclusivity rather than exclusivity.
My teaching style draws from traditional techniques rooted in the origins of yoga in India—pure and untampered—while also embracing modern adaptations that make yoga accessible for everyone, from beginners and stressed professionals to experienced practitioners.
I offer personalised one-to-one yoga classes both online via Zoom and, if you’re within 20–30 minutes of Uxbridge, in person at your home. Each session is designed around your individual objectives, whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, toning, enhancing sleep quality, addressing specific health concerns, or managing conditions such as back pain or indigestion.
My passion is to share the many benefits of yoga so others can experience the same joy and transformation it has brought me. During each session, my complete focus is on you—working with your body and mind to help you reach your personal goals. Yoga benefits not only the body but also the mind, bringing calm, clarity, and renewed focus alongside your physical achievements.

I’ve been practising yoga with Rekha for just over a year now, and the difference it has made to my daily life is incredible. My mobility, flexibility, and strength have all improved, and I feel so much more confident in how I move and manage everyday tasks. Committing to regular classes has kept me motivated and on track, and I really look forward to each session. Rekha has a lighthearted, encouraging style — she listens, adapts, and works with me, rather than simply telling me what to do. The classes are enjoyable, uplifting, and always beneficial. I’m in my early 40s, travel a lot for work, and spend most of my time in front of a laptop. I’d never done yoga before, but Rekha made it so easy to get started. Even with my crazy schedule, she’s helped me discover a whole new world of movement and calm I didn’t know I was missing. The sessions are easy to follow as a beginner, but super effective — my back pain and stiffness have eased a lot, and I feel less stressed and sleep better too. She’s also incredibly flexible with timings, which is perfect for someone who’s always on the go. Rekha is a brilliant instructor and I’d recommend her to anyone, especially if you think yoga isn’t for you — she’ll change your mind!

I’m in my early 30s and working with Rekha has been a complete game changer! I originally wanted to tone my thighs and bottom, but I’ve achieved so much more—my arms, calves, and tummy are now toned too. The mix of active yoga with Yin and Restorative sessions has improved my flexibility, reduced stress, and even given me better sleep.
