Paralegal - Property Department | Southam | Full-Time (35 hrs/week)

Are you an experienced Property Paralegal ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client, a LEXCEL-accredited, CQS-member firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Paralegal to join their busy Property Department based in Southam (fully office-based).

You'll support Fee Earners across a variety of conveyancing matters - from preparing and progressing files to liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Expect a fast-paced, supportive environment where your organisational skills and accuracy truly shine.

Key duties include:

* Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing

* Managing client communications and updates

* Handling file setup, completion, and post-completion processes

* Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions

* Ensuring compliance with AML, CQS, and internal procedures

* At least 1 year's experience in a Residential Conveyancing team

* Confident understanding of the conveyancing process

* Familiar with LMS, Lender Exchange, and Land Registry systems

* Strong client care, communication, and admin skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
