What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

Leading key elements of the Group s budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles, ensuring accurate and timely outputsBusiness partnering support to designated head office functions, offering clear financial insight to guide decision-makingMonitoring and forecasting progress on strategic initiatives, ensuring senior leaders have a clear view of performance against expectationsPreparing monthly analysis and supporting quarterly review discussionsPreparing Group-level forecast and budget consolidations, incorporating relevant adjustments and ensuring compliance with accounting requirementsDeveloping ongoing short- and medium-term cashflow forecasts, collaborating with central and commercial finance teamsSupporting with long-term planning, analysis and ad-hoc financial modelling Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with solid post-qualification experience in FP&A, business partnering or financial planningStrong communicator with the ability to engage confidently with non-finance stakeholders and influence decision-makingAdvanced Excel user with strong analytical, modelling and systems knowledge Additional benefits and information for the role of FP&A Manager:
