Legal Assistant - Residential Property | Bournemouth | Full-Time

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator with experience in a busy legal environment? We are working with a fantastic, well-established law firm based in Bournemouth, recognised for their expertise across a broad range of practice areas. They're looking for a proactive Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team, gain exposure to high-quality residential property work, and develop your legal career in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times.

Drafting and preparing letters, emails, contracts, leases, licenses, and mortgage deeds.

Managing multiple versions of legal documents, maintaining accuracy using track changes.

Organising case files digitally and ensuring compliance with SRA, Law Society, and internal standards.

Supporting the team with administrative tasks and general property processes.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a legal or property-focused administrative role.

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

Confident IT skills, particularly MS Office; experience with case management systems is advantageous.

Knowledge of basic property accounting is a plus.

Legal secretarial, business, or administrative qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.
