Bought this over 2 years ago, downsizing from a 3500kg transporter, from original owner who only used it occasionally for his golf buggy around Glasgow area and other than collection day I have never used it once…...basically done naff all miles and zero heavy use.
I have kept it up off the ground on axle stands and fully covered including tyres in my carport since then. It has built in slide out ramps and a 12 v winch and unused spare wheel/tyre. This uses the larger 12 inch wheels for easier towing, higher weights. It also has centre fill in panels with a built in underdeck tool box and I have modified the plug/cable to be removable with new sockets and plug fitted, and flush fitting m10 mounting bolt points in deck for motorcycle wheel chocks, eyebolts etc.
Bought this to use as a 3-bike Motorcycle trailer that could also transport Goldwing & Harley trikes, small cars, Plant & trailers etc but due to security concerns from thieving toerags in Motorway Services etc I decided to go back to an unmarked van and let customers arrange their own transport to me. Have seen another fitted with diy removeable sides used as a box trailer.
This is the largest capacity 2.7mt trailer with Gross weight at 1500kg, and a carry weight at 1060kg. Internal bed width of 1800 x 2700mm long or 5ft 11 inch x 8 ft 10 inch. Overall size is 2180mm wide x 4250mm long. Stabilisers are fitted at rear to stop tilting when loading these also lock ramps into place.
