Camino HR was founded by Jane Rawlins in 2009 to provide businesses with best possible HR practices, advice and guidance. We are now a team of 4, supporting businesses large and small, predominantly in the East and West Midlands but also remotely further afield.
No two businesses are alike, and we work differently with all our clients. It’s important for us to understand the history and culture of a company and the personalities of the people we will be working with. Our flexible HR support means that we can provide the services you really need, in the way you need them.
Employment legislation is changing rapidly since leaving the EU, so a retained contract with us ensures that we keep you up to date and keep all your essential HR policies and employment contracts updated.
HR Administration can be a burden, so for those clients who want a fully outsourced service we provide the HR software that you need and all the administrative support that is necessary.
Whether it's a difficult conversation to be had, a disciplinary meeting, business restructure, problem with absence management, the need for new job descriptions or better performance management - whatever your HR needs, we've got your back and can help you.
We have the skills, experience, knowledge and flexibility to support in the way that is best suited to you and, most importantly to change as your needs change.
