External Transport Manager (CPC) services for small operators running 1–10 HGVs.
• CPC-qualified since 2015 (10+ years).
• Operator’s Licence holder for my own company.
• VAT registered (20% VAT applies).
• Can act as your nominated Transport Manager (subject to VOL/Traffic Commissioner approval).
Services include
• Maintenance planner, PMI scheduling, defect reporting
• Driver hours / tachograph checks, licence checks
• OCRS monitoring, compliance audits, DVSA/TC-ready records
• Support with VOL updates and TM appointment/changes
• Site visits + remote support (agreed schedule)
Pricing (excl. VAT)
• £450/month for the first vehicle
• +£150/month per additional vehicle
(20% VAT applies)

1 vehicle: £540/month
2 vehicles: £720/month
3 vehicles: £900/month
4 vehicles: £1,080/month
5 vehicles: £1,260/month
