Caravan for hire at Haven, Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Sandy Bay, Exmouth, Devon. A family friendly holiday park filled with fun for all the family!
TAKING BOOKINGS FOR *2025* (PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS).
Dates available from 15th-23rd August, 1st September up to the 10th October, 13th October up to the 24th October & 31st October up to the 14th November.
This is a privately owned caravan which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people with use of a sofa bed in the lounge area. It is situated in a prime location on the front row of Apple Grove which directly overlooks the sea! To the right is the south beach complex consisting of a café, shop and play area. The main complex is approximately 5-8 minute stroll.
Sorry this caravan is non-smoking and we do not accept pets.
The caravan is fully equipped with the following:
- Front opening french doors to let the outside in!
- Large wrap around veranda with lockable gate (ideal for small children).
- The Caravan is Double Glazed and has Full Gas Central Heating
- Large, light contemporary living space with Freeview TV with DVD
- Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave oven and integrated full-size fridge/freezer
- Master bedroom with wall mounted TV/DVD and Ensuite Bathroom
- Twin bedroom where beds can be pushed together to make a double bed
- Pull out double sofa bed in the living area
- Separate bathroom with full size shower
- Parking Space to side of caravan
- Travel Cot, High Chair, Iron, Table-Top Ironing Board & Hair Dryer also provided
PLEASE NOTE: £100 detailed in the heading price on this listing is the deposit required to secure a booking which is part of the holiday cost detailed on our website. In addition, we also request an additional £50 refundable security bond which is returned after the stay if the caravan is left in good clean condition. The balance and bond is then required to be paid 7 weeks prior to the holiday commencing.
