We have used these successfully to raise the height of a bed with castors on its legs.
You simply open the top, wrap it around the narrow stock of the castor, and then tighten by rotating the base. No screwdrivers or any others tools are required. Once in place, that's it, no further maintenance necessary. Full manufacturer's instructions (if you need them) can easily be found online.
A pack of four retails at approximately £36 before VAT.
