I work with children and adults who struggle with learning, coordination, attention or emotional regulation, with and without formal diagnoses such as ADHD, autism, dyslexia or DCD.

I am a Neuro-developmental therapist and Johansen Individualised Auditory Stimulation (sound therapy) provider.

Many learning and behavioural challenges can be linked to retained primitive reflexes. These early reflexes help babies survive in the first months of life, but if they remain active, they can interfere with the development of the nervous system.

This can affect areas such as:

• focus and attention
• coordination and balance
• handwriting and visual processing
• anxiety and emotional regulation
• confidence and resilience

Neuro-developmental therapy works by supporting the nervous system to mature through simple daily movements and sensory input. Families practise short exercises at home each day, with review sessions approximately every 6–8 weeks.

The programme typically runs for around 18 months, allowing the nervous system time to reorganise and build stronger foundations for learning and regulation.

I see clients from my home practice in NW10 London, as well as in Windsor and Kings Langley (Hertfordshire).
