Description
Carer wanted for evenings and a Sunday every week for a lady with dementia.
Ideally evening hours 6-9, and Sunday hours all day and evening (9-9) These hours will probably need to be increased as her needs greaten but at the moment this would help us work along side the carer we have daily.
Responsibilities would include:
-Providing companionship and emotional support
-Assisting with daily living activities (washing, dressing, grooming.
-Assistance with eating
-Medication
-Appropriate insurance and DBS
-Keeping accurate records and care notes
- Be patient, kind, reliable and trustworthy.
