Reducing Behaviours which challenge to improve inclusion and outcomes (Autism & Mental Health)

Description

I assist children and adults with mental health, autism or learning disabilities to reduce their behaviours which challenge to improve inclusion, and outcomes.

Currently focused on delivering tailored interventions for children with autism to improve inclusion outcomes, emotional wellbeing, independence, and engagement within education, household, and community settings.

Approx 20 Years working on behalf of Mental Health and Neurodivergence children and adults within a variety of roles within London and Bristol via housing associations, charities and agencies: Recovery practitioner, Mental health support coordinator, service manager, children's home manager, EET wellbeing coach, decommissioned, housing support officer, etc.

I take great pride in consistently promoting stability, confidence, and personal development through structured support, positive behaviour approaches, and therapeutic practice.

Certification/Training is up to date: basic life support and first aid of adults and children, safeguarding, PBS and restraint, learning disability and autism Oliver McGowan, PREVENT, etc.

Insurance in place: Business car insurance, public liability and carer & personal assistant.

Bristol and surrounding South-west areas covered.
