Kingsbridge MOT & service centre. We are a motor garage carrying out MOT's servicing and repairs. We are an experienced workforce delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service, and we are seeking a skilled and passionate Mechanic to join our team. Candidates are expected to have their own tools, take pride in their appearance, have a good reference and working history and be able to work in a busy environment on their own and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

-Carry out repairs for/prior to MOT

-Diagnose and repair various automotive issues, including brakes, suspension, light engine work and basic diagnostic issues.

-Perform routine maintenance tasks such as servicing,timing belts, tyre and fluid checks.

-Use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle performance.

-Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair options.

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

-Stay updated with the latest technologies and repair techniques.

-Mon to Fri 9.00 - 17.00

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a mechanic

-Excellent knowledge of motor systems and repair procedures.

-Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Valid driver's license and relevant certifications

From £28k per year D.O.E
