So far everything is going great with Kassoom tutoring. Teacher is very attentive and the admin team seem very supportive. We had only one lesson so far so I hope things go smoothly and as planned.

Although it is still too early to provide a full assessment of the company’s services, as we have only recently started working with them, I have been very impressed with their approach so far. They were professional, responsive and very helpful throughout our discussions, and they gave us a clear and convincing explanation of how they intend to deliver the required tuition service. We are looking forward to working with them to support and prepare my child for his GCSE examinations, and I am hopeful that the experience will continue to be positive.

⭐️ 0/5 I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Kassom. The service was not professional, and I felt that my time and money were completely wasted. On one occasion, the English teacher did not even attend the lesson, and the class was cancelled. The maths lessons were also extremely disappointing. The teacher was frequently on their phone or taking phone calls during the lesson instead of focusing on teaching, which meant a significant amount of the lesson time was wasted. The customer service was equally frustrating. A member of the customer service team named Chris kept delaying the matter and repeatedly telling me that it would be dealt with, but I was left chasing the issue again and again. I felt that I was being passed around and made to spend a lot of time and effort trying to get a simple resolution. After all the stress and inconvenience, I eventually had to contact my bank to get my money back. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with my experience. I would not recommend Kassom!
