Luxury Retail Brand Image Operations Coordinator
London | Hybrid | £40,000
Parkside Recruitment are partnering with a globally recognised luxury retail brand to recruit a Brand Image Operations Coordinator to support their EMEA team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and detail-focused, with experience across retail, visual merchandising, creative operations, marketing or project coordination.
Key responsibilities:
* Coordinate EMEA installation calendars, project timelines and business updates
* Maintain trackers, databases, store information and project documentation
* Prepare presentations, newsletters, reports and leadership updates
* Support meetings, minutes, actions and stakeholder follow-ups
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers on artwork, signage and installations
* Track deliverables and ensure key information is gathered and shared accurately
What we’re looking for:
* 2-3 years' coordination experience within retail, creative, marketing, VM or operations
* Strong xjnqpsq Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
* Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
