Our client manufactures, finishes, stores and distributes printed products for customers across the UK from their Wolverhampton production facility.

They re looking for a practical, reliable and flexible Warehouse & Print Production Operative to support the warehouse, dispatch and production teams. This is a varied role where you ll play an important part in keeping materials and finished products moving efficiently while helping to deliver quality work for customers.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a valid forklift licence who wants to develop new skills within a successful commercial print environment.

The Role

As a Warehouse & Print Production Operative, you will support the day–to–day running of our warehouse and production areas. You ll be responsible for handling materials, preparing customer orders, supporting dispatch activities and assisting production teams when required.

Key responsibilities:

Receiving deliveries of paper, consumables and finished goodsLoading and unloading vehicles safelyMoving materials throughout the warehouse and factoryPicking, packing and dispatching customer ordersBooking courier shipmentsChecking incoming deliveriesSupporting print finishing and production departmentsPackaging, labelling and palletising finished workOperating pallet wrapping and polywrapping equipmentCarrying out local deliveries when requiredMaintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace Requirements

Essential

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licencePrevious warehouse experience within a manufacturing or production environmentFull UK driving licenceGood organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailPhysically fit and able to handle manual duties safelyGood communication skillsFlexible approach to workReliable, punctual and hardworkingBasic computer skillsStrong awareness of workplace health and safety Desirable

Flexi Forklift Truck licenceExperience within commercial print or manufacturingExperience using courier or warehouse management systemsExperience of dispatch, pallet wrapping and stock controlExperience supporting production operations What s In It For You
