Job Title: Van Driver with FLT

Location: Leicester

Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Friday: 8:30am - 3:45pm (Flexibility required on start and finish times)

A well-established and respected bespoke furniture manufacturer based in Leicester. They are looking for a reliable and flexible Van Driver with dispatch experience to join their team.

About the Role

This is a varied position combining local deliveries across the Midlands with general dispatch and workshop support duties. You will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered safely and on time, while supporting the wider team when required.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out local deliveries and collections across the Midlands

FLT Counterbalance Licence (essential)

Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring goods are secure for transit

Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules

Assist with dispatch operations, including packing and preparing orders

Support with general assembly duties in the workshop when required

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehiclesAbout You

Previous experience driving Luton or Sprinter vans

Full UK driving licence with a xjnqpsq maximum of 3 penalty points

Good knowledge of local Midlands routes

Flexible approach to working hours

Willingness to assist with general warehouse or assembly tasks

Strong work ethic and reliability

Good communication skills and ability to speak face to face with customersApply
