Location: Portbury, BS20 (Driving required due to location)

Pay: £15.97 per hour

Hours: Rotating weekly shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

Days: Monday-Friday

Start: ASAP

Contract: Temp to Perm

About the Role

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food/ingredients manufacturing company based in Portbury. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role involving picking, loading, and supporting production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of Production Operative:

Picking ingredients using handheld scanners

Loading pallets and preparing materials for production

Mixing ingredients for production

Handling and lifting products up to 25kg

Working efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse/production environment

Supporting production teams with general duties as required

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

Following all site Health & Safety procedures

Requirements of a Production Operative:

Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical role

Previous warehouse or production experience beneficial but not essential

Must be able to travel to Portbury (driving required due to location)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
