As the Supply Chain and Quality Manager, you will be working alongside a market–leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. You will be involved in:

Suppliers' performance monitoringLoad and capacity analysisRate readiness analysisSupply chain intelligence managementTransfer of work managementDesign change industrialisation managementCorrection: non–conformity eradication (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions)Prevention: implementation and management of APQP and quality improvement plan (SQIP)Risks identification and assessmentMitigation plan definition and executionGovernance

Your skillset may include:

Strong stakeholder management abilityIndustrial background and culture within the Aerospace industryData analysis and synthetic reportingPractical problem solvingCrisis and recovery managementProject management basics
