Senior Operations Manager

Description

We are recruiting for a results–driven Senior Operations Manager to lead a fast–paced manufacturing environment. Overseeing the end–to–end operation ensuring on–time product delivery and continuous improvement across a variety of shifts.

Lead lean, high–performing production teams with a strong, inclusive culture. Set and manage KPIs, goals, and performance expectations for Production and Shift Managers. Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other performance tools. Oversee strategic planning, including labour forecasting and peak season preparation. Collaborate with HR, Facilities, Safety, IT, and Operations to support initiatives. Ensure compliance, monitor staff performance, and manage hiring, training, and development. Lead cross–site coordination to optimise labour and product movement. Skills and background needed:
