Description
Thrive Trowbridge are recruiting on behalf of a leading Wiltshire based manufacturing business who urgently seek a Project Manager on a 12 month contract basis (inside IR35) to lead critical projects across operations and production.
What you will be doing :
Lead full project lifecycle: scope, planning, execution, and deliveryManage cross–functional teams, budgets, timelines, and riskDrive ERP–related initiatives, including D365 optimisationCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsChampion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standardsWhat you will need to succeed :
Previous experience in a Project Engineer or Project Manager role, ideally manufacturing / engineering sectorStrong understanding of project methodologies, risk management, and stakeholder engagementERP experience highly desirable – especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)Formal PM qualifications: PRINCE2, PMI, APM or equivalentExcellent leadership, communication, and problem–solving skillsBackground in process improvement or lean manufacturingWhat you will receive in return :
