Salary: GBP14.50 to GBP16.50 per hour, dependent on experience and performance

Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen at Facility Services Group Ltd for a Multi-Skilled Fabric Engineer with a carpentry focus. The successful candidate will work across the South West on various commercial and domestic contracts, performing a range of tasks including carpentry, decoration, tiling, and patch plastering.

Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard.

Utilize carpentry skills to manage and complete specific tasks.

Work independently and proactively on various sites.

Collaborate with a team when necessary to ensure efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience and excellent knowledge in building maintenance, including a carpentry bias.

NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant field.

Strong problem-solving skills with a capability to provide effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills.

Basic knowledge of other trades such as decoration, tiling, and plastering is desirable.

Must possess a full UK driving license.

Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

Enhanced DBS check will be required (facilitated by FSG).
