This well–established manufacturer supplies specialist products to a range of industries and has built a strong reputation for quality, safety and continuous improvement. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior CNC Setter / Programmer to strengthen their engineering team.

On offer is a varied position where you'll remain on the tools while providing technical support to Team Leaders, troubleshooting machining issues and suggesting practical improvements. You'll also support engineering projects, review production methods and contribute to budget and cost discussions while working closely with management.

This role would suit an experienced CNC Setter / Programmer looking to remain hands–on while taking on greater responsibility, supporting others and making a real impact within a growing manufacturing business.

The Role:

Hands–on CNC programming and setting, providing technical support above Team Leader level.Support engineering projects and resolve machining and production issues.Improve production methods and contribute to budgets and cost control.The Candidate:
