Description

Are you a Quality Engineer with experience in manufacturing or engineering environments? If so, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Our client is a global manufacturing organisation with a long–established history and a strong reputation for delivering quality within their sector. They are currently undergoing a wider change programme focused on raising standards and achieving higher levels of operational excellence. This Quality role will be central to supporting that progression.

This is a newly created position within a Quality team that plays a key role in ensuring operational changes do not negatively impact product quality. In fact, the aim is to ensure customer–driven quality standards are not only maintained, but consistently exceeded.

A varied and customer–facing Quality role, this position supports the delivery of products manufactured to individual customer specifications. As such, building and maintaining strong customer confidence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System Plan and carry out internal audits Support external and customer audits as required Lead and drive effective corrective action activities Act as an internal representative for customer quality requirements Review and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities Undertake detailed root cause analysis investigations Identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities across processes, waste reduction, and product reliability Requirements

Strong knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001 standards Previous experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing or technical environment
