The Role

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the technology, innovation and product agenda across R&D, New Product Development and Technical Certification. Working closely with the CEO, you will define and deliver the innovation strategy, lead product development, enhance digital capability, and ensure the business continues to set the standard for technical and commercial excellence.

The Person

You will bring senior leadership experience from a manufacturing or materials–led business, combining deep technical expertise in advanced materials with strong commercial acumen. You will be a strategic thinker and accomplished leader, with the credibility to influence at Board level and the ability to lead innovation from concept through to execution, supporting a growth strategy with technology and product leadership at its core.
