As a Production Supervisor your role & responsibilities will be:

Leading a team of X10 assembly operativesHands–on with the team, jumping on the machinery to make products when neededLead, develop and motivate everyoneWorkload allocation, attend meetings, monitoring and reporting on KPi's & daily targetsEnsure full compliance with quality, health & safety proceduresKnowledge, skills & experience need for a Production Supervisor:

Must be happy being hands–on with the team, operating machinery when neededPreviously have been a production team leader / supervisorMust have worked in a manufacturing / production environmentAble to lead by example, strong character, setting targets / goalsStrong problem solving skillsKnowledge of process & quality control in an ISO 9001 environmentHighly organised and adaptableIf you are interested in this position please click 'apply'.
