Description
Job title: Production Supervisor
Location: Marlow
Salary: GBP35000 to GBP40000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)
A leading manufacturing company are looking for a Production Supervisor to join on a permanent basis
The role of Production Supervisor will include:
Ensuring production targets are metPlanning, scheduling and coordinating production to ensure deadlines are metEnsure work is completed to high standardsManaging workflow of the team and resolving any issuesDaily management of the team and updating skills and training matrix where required
The Production Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in managing a production team, including planning, scheduling and people managementCompetent in electro–mechanical assemblyComputer literate with experience using MRP systems
