Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays, 7:30 AM 1:00 PM

About the Role:

Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading builders merchant in Watford for a qualified and customer–focused Class 2 HIAB Driver. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well–established team, delivering building materials to a loyal customer base while operating a lorry–mounted crane (HIAB).

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class 2 (Category C) vehicle and HIAB (lorry–mounted crane) Load, transport, and unload building materials at customer sites using the crane Conduct daily vehicle and crane checks, reporting any issues promptly Deliver goods on time while providing excellent customer service Ensure loads are safely secured and comply with road safety regulations Assist in the yard or warehouse when required Requirements:

Valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence HIAB licence (Lorry Loader Certificate) remote and/or hook/grab preferred CPC and Digital Tachograph Card At least 2 years' commercial driving experience Strong customer service skills and a team player attitude A responsible, safety–first approach to work What s in It for You:
