Location: Mansfield Full–Time

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating factory schedules, ensuring projects run smoothly from design through to site delivery. Acting as the link between teams, you'll keep production on track, materials in place, and targets met.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage production schedules to meet deadlinesCoordinate material requirements with procurementMonitor output and adjust plans to maintain efficiencyLiaise with design, manufacturing, and site teamsReport on progress and resolve production bottlenecksSupport continuous improvement across planning and production Skills & Experience

Experience in production planning/scheduling (timber frame, offsite, or manufacturing preferred)Strong organisational and problem–solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast–paced environmentConfident communicator with cross–team coordination experienceProficient in planning software (MS Project, ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office What We Offer
